Lisa Bogren

Lisa Bogren has extensive experience in human resources and leadership development, currently serving as HR- och hållbarhetschef at Uddevallahem since April 2020. Since April 2024, Lisa has also been the Styrelsesekreterare for Ledarna inom offentlig sektor, focusing on enhancing leadership within politically governed organizations. Lisa's previous roles include HR-chef at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå and Personalchef at Kunskapsförbundet Väst. In addition to professional roles, Lisa acts as a mentor for students in the Personalvetarprogrammet at Högskolan Väst. Lisa holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from the University of Gothenburg and has pursued various leadership development courses.
