Finbarr Kelly

Finbarr Kelly is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Estimator at Ledcor since February 2011, where previous roles included Estimator. Prior experience includes a position as Quantity Surveyor & Estimator at LM Developments Ltd. in Dublin, Ireland, from April 2006 to April 2009, and as Quantity Surveyor at Eugene Beglan & Associates from September 2004 to April 2006. Finbarr holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of South Wales, as well as a National Diploma in Building and Services Management and a National Certificate in Construction Studies from the Institute of Technology, Carlow.
