Ken Eerkes

Ken Eerkes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in labour relations, workforce development, and board leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Industrial Relations Advisor at Ledcor since May 2022, Ken has also held significant volunteer roles, including Director on the Board of Partners Worldwide and President of the Board of McQueen Community League. Previously, Ken's career included various leadership and management positions in organizations such as CLAC and Skills Canada Alberta, along with prior hands-on experience as an electrician at Coronet Electric. Educationally, Ken holds Alberta Journeyman, Red Seal, and Master Electrician Certificates from NAIT, obtained between 1982 and 1990.
