Laura Cummins

Laura Cummins is a skilled proposal professional with extensive experience in the construction and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Proposal Coordinator at Ledcor since October 2025, Cummins previously held the position of Proposal Specialist at PCL Construction from March 2020 to October 2025, and worked as a Proposal Coordinator at Almita Piling and PTW Energy Services from 2012 to 2020. Cummins has a strong background in managing client communications and understanding the requirements of RFQs for Electrical Buildings, including those containing MCCs, VFDs, and switchgear. Educational qualifications include multiple programs from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and a diploma from Leduc Composite High School.
