Rebecca Moss

Rebecca Moss serves as the Associate General Counsel at Ledcor since January 2019, providing comprehensive legal support across various business divisions and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Senior Legal Counsel, offering legal guidance on a variety of issues in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Ledcor, Rebecca was an Attorney at The Chapman Firm PLLC, representing contractors and developers in transactional and litigation matters, and served as an Associate at Winstead PC, focusing on contract negotiation and business litigation. Rebecca's early career included roles as a Government Relations Consultant and Legislative Director at the Texas Association of Manufacturers, as well as legal internships that enhanced Rebecca's expertise in various areas of law. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Mass Communications from the University of Florida.
