Stacey Norman

Stacey Norman serves as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Ledcor, a position held since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the Talent Center of Excellence and advancing the talent agenda through various HR teams. Prior to Ledcor, Stacey held the role of Vice President Human Resources at AltaGas Ltd. from March 2018 to December 2020, delivering leadership to Human Resources and Office Services. Earlier roles at Cenovus Energy spanned Vice President of Business Performance Solutions and Director of Talent & Development, focusing on operational excellence and talent management. Experience with BP includes roles as Manager of Total Rewards & HR Operations and prior HR positions in compensation and organizational planning. Stacey began the professional journey at Amoco after earning a Commerce degree in Human Resources from the University of Saskatchewan.
