Youval Nehmadi

Youval Nehmadi is an experienced technology leader specializing in sensor fusion and perception, currently serving as Senior Engineering Director at LeddarTech since July 2020. Prior to this role, Nehmadi founded VayaVision, where innovative patented technologies for 3D sensing and cognition were developed, catering to the autonomous driving market. Nehmadi's diverse background includes roles such as Inventor at Intellectual Ventures, Chief Scientist's professional examiner for Israel, CEO of Wander3D, and various positions at Applied Materials, Paieon Medical Ltd., and Comverse. Nehmadi holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and has additional degrees including an EMBA from Tel Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
