Tao Yu

Tao Yu has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tao is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Ledger Run, Inc., where they joined in 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at Intellect Design Arena Ltd from 2017 to 2018. From 2014 to 2017, Tao Yu held the position of VP of Engineering at HopeRun Technology Corporation. During their tenure at Junction Education from 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Senior Director and Chief Architect. Before that, they served as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at PDR Network, LLC from 2012 to 2013. Tao Yu's previous roles include Senior Architect and Tech Lead at McGraw-Hill Education from 2010 to 2012, Application Architect at Reed Business Information from 2008 to 2010, and Architect/Senior Software Engineer at Roundbox from 2005 to 2008. Tao began their career as a Software Engineer at Village Networks in 1999. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Consultant for software engineer at Bell Lab/AT&T/C-Cor from 2002 to 2005. Throughout their career, Tao Yu has gained extensive experience in engineering, consulting, and architectural roles.

Tao Yu attended Tianjin Nankai Middle School from 1987 to 1990. Tao then studied at Tsinghua University from 1990 to 1997, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued further education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earning another Master's degree in Computer Science.
