Chad Back, MBA

Chad Back is a highly experienced professional with over 25 years of experience in the fields of business technology solutions, information technology, and project management. Their most recent role is as the Principal and National Practice Leader of Business Technology Solutions at FORVIS' Business Technology Solutions. Chad previously held the position of Partner and BKD Technologies Leader at BKD CPAs & Advisors. Chad was Director of Technology & Operations at Novelty Inc, where they successfully implemented a new ERP/WMS and executed an acquisition. Chad also served as Executive Director of Information Technology at Hurco Companies, Inc., where they developed and tooled a leading-edge global Information Technology group. Furthermore, they were a Project Manager/Engineer at MCS consultants where they managed back-end tools for report creation and archival. Prior to this, Chad worked in various capacities, including Senior Software Developer at Bank One, and Application Developer at AE Staley Manufacturing.

Chad Back obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics/Computer Science from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in 2005, and their Master of Business Administration degree in Supply Chain/Operations from Indiana University-Kelley School of Business in 2010.
