Ben Swedberg serves as the President of LEDiL, Inc., overseeing the US subsidiary of LEDiL Oy since April 2016, focusing on strategic vision, team development, and operational capabilities within the Americas. Prior to this role, Swedberg held several positions at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC., including Business Unit Manager for the Electrical Connections Business Group and OEM Connections, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management, global strategic planning, and sales management. Swedberg also contributed as the Director of Engineering for Electrical Connectors and Hand Tools, leading design engineering and manufacturing strategies. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Northern Illinois University, Swedberg combines technical expertise with strong business acumen.
