Rachael Garvey

Rachael Garvey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rachael began their career in 2012 at the State Historical Society of Iowa, where they worked as a Conservator for a three-month period. In 2013, they worked as an Interpreter at Living History Farms for the summer. Following this, Rachael held various positions in the retail sector, including roles as a Barista at Starbucks and a Bear at Build-A-Bear Workshop. In 2016, they transitioned into a managerial role as an Assistant Manager at Dunkin Donuts. Rachael then embarked on a one-year stint as a Courier at Graham County Hospital Clinic in 2017. Rachael returned to the banking industry in 2019, starting as a Banker III at People's United Bank, N.A. before becoming a Customer Service Representative. In 2021, they joined Mascoma Bank as a Customer Care Representative, before being promoted to a Branch Operations Specialist. Rachael's most recent position was as a Customer Service Administrator at Tasco Security, where they worked until early 2023. Rachael is currently employed as an Assistant Financial Center Manager at Ledyard National Bank.

Rachael Garvey's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Des Moines East High School and obtained their High School Diploma in General Studies in 2011. Rachael then pursued higher education at Central College from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Finally, they continued their academic journey at Southern New Hampshire University from 2015 to 2017, completing their Master of Arts degree in History.
