Chandni Thakkar is a professional with extensive experience in talent management, learning, and culture, currently serving as the Manager at Leadership for Educational Equity since August 2021, after previously holding the role of Coordinator in the same department. Prior to that, Chandni worked at Georgetown University Law Center as a Business Operations Coordinator and held a position as a Senior Operations Assistant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Additional experience includes an internship at The Phillips Collection focused on strategic partnerships and outreach, and a role as a co-facilitator for the American University Experience at American University. Chandni's earlier positions include working as a Programming Coordinator and Orientation Leader at American University and as a Legislative Intern for Congresswoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Chandni holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University, awarded in 2019.
