John Kincaid

John Kincaid is a seasoned Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Broker at Lee & Associates Charleston since June 2020, specializing in the Class A Industrial Market and leveraging a strong foundation in financial modeling and real estate development. Concurrently, John holds the title of Vice President of Development/Broker at RM Thomas Company-Lee and Associates, focusing on real estate developments that generate substantial returns in the Charleston MSA. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at Southside Constructors, Inc., where over 200 commercial projects were completed, and working as a Commercial Real Estate Development Consultant at Noell Consulting Group, providing due diligence on various aspects of real estate development. John also gained experience as a Development Analyst Intern at Johnson Development Associates and an intern in Development and Acquisitions at Lat Purser & Associates. John Kincaid holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management from Appalachian State University.
