Bob Saunders

Bob was the founding partner of Town Group Realty Ltd. in 1970, which became J.J. Barnicke Vancouver Ltd. in 1996, later DTZ Barnicke Vancouver Limited, and now Lee & Associates Vancouver.

In his early role (1968 – 1980) he was the developing partner of Vancouver’s Gastown. As a partner of DTZ Vancouver Real Estate Ltd., Bob performs many tasks in the management and operation of the firm. He has 31 years experience in ICI and has acted in many acquisitions for the major players in Greater Vancouver. As such, Mr. Saunders has extensive experience in the sales, leasing and development of industrial and commercial properties.
