Chris Jacobson

Chris Jacobson, CCIM, serves as Vice President and Healthcare Real Estate Advisor at Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services since April 2020, co-leading the Twin Cities Healthcare Services Group alongside Susan Wilson, CCIM. With nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate field, Chris has a strong focus on providing advisory services to health systems, clinics, physician groups, and independent practices. Previous roles include Healthcare Real Estate Adviser at a Real Estate Broker and a key member of the CBRE Healthcare Services Group. Additional experience includes positions at NorthMarq, as a Sole Proprietor & Developer, and in various roles in marketing and sales since the mid-1980s. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a triple major in Architecture, Public Affairs, and Housing from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
