Lisa Erskine Sphr

Lisa Erskine, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Lee Auto Malls since August 2021, Lisa previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Maine Oxy from November 2015 to August 2021. Prior to that, Lisa worked as Human Resources Manager at National Distributors, Inc. from 2011 to November 2015 and at VIP, Inc. from 2008 to 2010. Lisa's extensive background in HR began at Androscoggin Bank, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President/HR Director from 1993 to 2008. Lisa graduated from the University of Southern Maine.
