David S.

David S. currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources and Student Services for the Lee County School System since June 2025 while also working as an Adjunct Professor and Leadership Mentor at Thomas University since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director of Student Services, High School Principal, Middle School Principal, and Athletic Director at Ben Hill County Schools from May 2018 to July 2025. David S. began a career in education at Turner County School District from 2014 to 2018 as an Assistant Principal, Head Baseball & Softball Coach, and Assistant Athletic Director and Teacher. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and an Educational Specialists degree in Leadership, both attained from Valdosta State University.
