Lee County
David Murphy has extensive experience in engineering and public works, currently serving as Project Engineering and Deputy Director of Transportation at Lee County since April 2016. Prior to this role, David held the position of Director of Public Works and Village Engineer at the Village of Grafton from May 2003 to April 2016, and at the Village of Jackson from January 1997 to August 2002. David also worked as a Project Engineer at EMCS, Inc. from 1988 to 1995 and has been a member of WSPE since 1989. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and licenses as a Professional Engineer in Illinois, Florida, and Wisconsin.
