Cathleen

Cathleen Ma is a highly experienced professional in project engineering, currently serving as Senior Director at Los Angeles Metro since July 2025. Prior to this role, Cathleen held significant positions at TYLin as a Resident Engineer from September 2011 to July 2025, and at Caltrans as a Structural Engineering Field Intern from September 2009 to September 2011, where skills in stress analysis, field engineering, and compliance verification were developed. Academically, Cathleen earned an M.B.A. from the USC Marshall School of Business in 2018, an M.S. in Construction Management & Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2013, and a B.S. in Structural Engineering from UC San Diego in 2011.
