Noelle Branning

Noelle Branning is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in tax collection and law practice. Currently serving as the Tax Collector for Lee County since May 2013, Noelle has held various titles including Chief Deputy Tax Collector and General Counsel. Prior to this role, Noelle was the owner of Noelle Charlet Law, P.A., focusing on criminal defense and family law from May 2011 to April 2013. Additionally, Noelle worked as an Associate Attorney at The Law Firm of Scott T. Moorey from February 2006 to May 2011, managing all aspects of criminal defense cases. Noelle earned a Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University.
