Shellie Halstead, Ed.D., SHRM-SCP, PMP is currently the Strategy Director in Performance and Innovation and Chief Human Resources Officer at Lee County Tax Collector. Shellie also holds the title of Performance, Innovation, and Training Director in the same organization. Shellie has a background in project coordination, HRIS coordination, grants management, and corporate training. Shellie is also involved in volunteer roles with HR Florida State Council, Inc., the Florida Institute of Technology, and the ISO. With a strong educational background including a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, Shellie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current roles.
