Stacey Skaalure

Stacey Skaalure, PhD, is a seasoned professional in alternative proteins and food technology, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Skaalure Consulting Services LLC since November 2019, offering scientific and technical guidance to various stakeholders. Additional roles include Technical Consultant at Lee Enterprises Consulting and Chief Technology Officer at Bolder Foods, where efforts focus on developing non-dairy cheese through biomass fermentation. Previous experience encompasses editorial contributions to a special issue of Biomaterials, research fellowships at The Good Food Institute and Imperial College London, and a research assistant role at both the University of Colorado Boulder and Rice University.
