Celia Rubin

Celia Rubin is an experienced business system analyst and project coordinator, currently with Lee Memorial Health System since October 2013. Previously, Celia served as a senior consultant at Peer Consulting, LLC from September 2008 to August 2013, and held roles as managing consultant and senior consultant at IBM from 2003 until the company's acquisition in September 2008. Celia's career began at Cardinal Health, where a managerial role in implementations was held from 1984 to 2003. Education includes studies at Henry Ford College and the University of Michigan.
