Evan Theoharis

Evan Theoharis, MD, currently serves as Medical Director of the OB/GYN & MFM Service for Lee Physician Group in Fort Myers, Florida, since October 2023. Prior to this role, Evan Theoharis was the Site Medical Director for IHA Ob/Gyn in Rochester Hills from March 2021 to October 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Associate Director for the Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery Fellowship and as Service Chief for Women's Health Services at Henry Ford Hospital between October 2016 and March 2021. Evan Theoharis has an extensive background at Henry Ford Health System as a Senior Staff Physician from July 1995 to March 2021 and completed a residency at Edward W Sparrow Hospital Association from July 1991 to July 1995. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Medicine degree from Indiana University School of Medicine (1987-1991) and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington (1985-1987), with initial studies at Wabash College (1983-1985).
