Carter Brashears

Carter Brashears, PharmD, MBA, serves as the Biosimilar Account Director at Organon since April 2022, where responsibilities include leading B2B customer engagement and managing a team of Biosimilar Account Specialists and Field Reimbursement Managers. Prior to this role, Carter held positions at Sandoz as Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison, and at The Medical Affairs Company as a Medical Science Liaison, focusing on various therapeutic areas including Immunology, Oncology, and Dermatology. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Pharmacy at Morton Comprehensive Health Services, and various roles at Walgreens Boots Alliance over a thirteen-year span. Carter earned a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center and an MBA from Western Governors University, following a Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology from Northeastern State University.
