Katie Moore, MBA, serves as the Director of the Innovation Program at Lee Health, where responsibilities include fostering a culture of innovation, leading program operations, and collaborating with senior leadership to align strategic initiatives. Previously, Katie held various roles within Lee Health, including Director of Strategic Initiatives & Integration, where notable contributions involved the design and implementation of an innovation program roadmap, and the Director of the Performance Excellence Office, overseeing project performance during the Baldrige/Sterling Performance Excellence journey. Katie’s expertise in patient experience and cultural transformation was demonstrated as a Specialist, along with experience as a Sterling Examiner for the Florida Sterling Council. Earlier career roles included managing provider relations with the Health Planning Council of Southwest Florida and operations leadership at Robert Half. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Health Care Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training & Psychology from Otterbein University.
