Lauren Huff

Lauren Huff, CIR, CSSR, serves as the Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist for healthcare positions at Lee Health, a large health system with over 16,500 employees, since March 2016. Lauren's expertise lies in talent sourcing and recruitment marketing, utilizing a variety of innovative methods including boolean searches, candidate relationship management technology, and social media. Prior to this role, Lauren spent time as a stay-at-home mom from November 2013 to February 2016, focusing on family before returning to healthcare recruitment. Between November 2008 and November 2013, Lauren worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Hospitalist Consultants, Inc., managing full cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced providers. Lauren's recruitment career began in September 1991 at Lee Memorial Health System, where responsibilities included developing recruitment strategies and managing a team of over 20 recruitment professionals. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
