Marilyn Kole

Marilyn Kole, MD, MBA, CPE, serves as the Chief Physician Executive at Lee Health's Center for Care Transformation since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development of a provider-led Clinically Integrated Network, enhancing value-based care, and launching various programs to improve patient outcomes. With previous roles as Vice President of Clinical Transformation and System Medical Director at Lee Health, Marilyn established clinical practices aligned with evidence-based standards and focused on physician engagement. Educational credentials include an MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a BA in Biology from Chaminade University of Honolulu, and a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care from Robert Wood Johnson.
