Michael Ballough Pt

Michael Ballough PT, DPT, serves as the Southwest District House of Delegates Representative and Secretary for the Florida Physical Therapy Association since August 2023 and 2025, respectively. Since August 2017, Michael has been the Lead Physical Therapist at Lee Health's Healthpark Care and Rehabilitation Center, primarily working with a geriatric patient population and overseeing workflow coordination between departments to ensure successful patient transitions. Michael's extensive clinical background includes experiences in orthopedic, cardiac, and neurological physical therapy, as well as prior roles in quality assurance and social media consulting. Michael holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Florida Gulf Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Rollins College.
