Mike Wukitsch

Mike Wukitsch serves as the Chief People Officer at Lee Health, the leading health care provider in Southwest Florida, since June 2018. Wukitsch has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held roles such as Vice President of Human Resources at Northwestern Medicine and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Cadence Health. Wukitsch also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Children's Hospital Colorado and has held various HR leadership positions at Coors Brewing Company and Rockwell Automation. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Organizational Learning, Performance and Change from Colorado State University, an MBA in OBHRM/Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan, and a BA in Broadcast Communication from Marquette University.
