Morris Gieselman

Morris Gieselman is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician currently serving as the Medical Director of Informatics at Lee Health since October 2017, where responsibilities include promoting clinical efficiency through technology and analytics while also practicing as an Urgent Care physician. Prior to this role, Morris was a Physician Informaticist and Lead for Emergency Medicine at Community Health Network from October 2014 to June 2017, focusing on enhancing electronic medical records and patient safety. Morris has a diverse clinical background as an Emergency Physician from July 1997 to June 2017 and completed residency at St. John Providence Health System from July 1994 to June 1997. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, along with certification as a physician builder in Medical Informatics from Epic.
