Nour K. Farhat

Nour K. Farhat, PharmD, currently serves as an Ambulatory Care Pharmacist at Lee Health since September 2023 and has been with CVS Health since September 2021 in various roles including District Support Pharmacist and Pharmacy Manager. With an extensive background in clinical pharmacy, Nour has experience working in multiple healthcare settings, including inpatient solid organ transplant, outpatient oncology, and community pharmacy. Previous roles include Clinical Pharmacist positions at Houston Methodist, Al Makassed General Hospital, and LAU Medical Center-Rizk Hospital, along with research and support positions at Phamo B.V. and Walgreens. Nour holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the Lebanese American University and a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) from the same institution, complemented by earlier education at Saint Mary's Orthodox College.
