Rachel Walter is a seasoned professional in strategy, innovation, and community healthcare, currently serving as the Senior Innovation Catalyst at Lee Health since October 2019. Walter's extensive experience includes roles such as System Director of Lee Community Healthcare and Equity & Inclusion Specialist, demonstrating a strong commitment to equity and community engagement.
