Ryan Gerber

Ryan Gerber is an accomplished Information System Supervisor at Lee Health since August 2009, with previous roles as Endpoint Engineer and Desktop Administrator, where responsibilities included designing corporate images for various hardware and facilitating the transition from Windows 7 to Windows 10. Ryan has extensive experience in providing Tier I support to over 9,000 users in a fast-paced clinical environment, managing systems such as Epic and Meditech. Prior to Lee Health, Ryan served as an IT Support Technician at Smithers Scientific Services and as a Help Desk/Desktop Technician at OMNOVA Solutions Inc, where support was provided for various systems and over 1,600 employees. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from Kent State University, completed in 2008.
