Rick Boday

Rick Boday is currently a Board Member at Lee Industrial Contracting. Rick has previously held positions at Faurecia, Lee Industrial Contracting, and Gestamp.

At Faurecia, Rick was the Executive Director of Product Lines & Program Management, with P&L responsibility for the Metals & Mechanisms Product Line and Advanced PMO for Automotive Seating.

At Lee Industrial Contracting, Rick was responsible for the company's rapid growth and launch period, which resulted in an annual revenue increase from $1.2 Billion to $2.3 Billion per annum in North America BIW Stamping & Chassis Frame markets. Rick developed the Project Management process and organization for $350 million per annum capital procurement, including several building expansions, greenfield and brownfield sites.

At Gestamp, Rick rebuilt the supplier quality development process and organization from scratch. Rick worked with several stakeholders to transform the organization to meet changing customer and industry requirements, including VDA and IATF. Rick also acted as Executive Champion of Ford Q1 for the Gestamp West Virginia stamping and assembly plant (nearly 1 million sq. foot plant with both hot and cold stamping for Honda, Ford and GM).

Rick Boday has completed a Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership, a Management of Technology Program at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and is a CQE - Certified Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality. Rick also has a Certificate in Quality Assurance from Fanshawe College and a Bachelor of Arts in Administrative & Commercial Studies and Political Science from The University of Western Ontario.
