Marc Rosenberg

Marc Rosenberg is an attorney and shareholder at Lee Smart, P.S., Inc., where engagement in all facets of litigation practice has been a primary focus since June 2001. Responsibilities include handling cases from inception to resolution, which encompasses client communication, legal research and writing, discovery, and trial preparation. Prior to this role, Marc participated in various internships during law school and served as an instructor at Dalian University of Technology from 1996 to 1998, contributing to English language education and co-authoring a published academic resource. Marc holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Arizona State University.
