April Gordon

Efrat is an Associate in the firm’s Employment Group.

She advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Efrat studied Biomedical Chemistry at the University of Warwick and subsequently converted to law. She then trained at a West End firm prior to joining Lee & Thompson in 2016. Efrat also co-runs the Instagram feed @wp.employment, where she posts tips and updates on employment-related matters.
