Rebecca is a consultant in the Film & TV Group with almost 20 years’ experience representing film and television producers, distributors, financiers and talent.
She began her career at the City law firm Denton Wilde Sapte where she represented Hollywood studios and UK film funds in respect of the production and acquisition financing of predominately large budget feature films.
She joined Lee & Thompson’s Film & TV group in 2009, where she spent five years advising independent British film and TV production companies on every aspect of the production process, from development through to financing, production and distribution. She was named an “Associate to Watch” by independent legal directory, Chambers & Partners.
Since leaving private practice in 2014, Rebecca has set up her own business affairs consultancy, spent four years living in California with her family and worked in-house at both See-Saw and Working Title Films. Her varied roles have given her a unique commercial outlook and perspective that comes from first-hand experience of the real-world issues facing the UK film and television industries.
Rebecca returned to Lee & Thompson as a Consultant in January 2023.
