Elizabeth Pace

Elizabeth Pace is an accomplished higher education professional with extensive experience in admissions, institutional research, and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Director of Online & Graduate Admissions, and Director of Institutional Research & Assessment at Lee University since July 2019, Elizabeth has demonstrated leadership and strategic oversight. Prior experience includes roles at Life Care Centers of America, where Elizabeth served as Director of Human Resources, overseeing HR managers and developing leadership training, as well as managing recruitment for healthcare professionals across multiple states. Elizabeth holds a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Lee University.
