Robert Giuliani is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Executive Chef of Recipe Development at Leeann Chin, Inc. since September 2011, where Robert develops new and existing dishes for 43 locations in the metro area. Prior to this role, Robert worked as a Concept Developer at Clyde Restaurant and Bar from 2009 to 2011, responsible for menu development, recipe creation, kitchen and bar layout, as well as overseeing an $11 million renovation of a historical industrial building. Robert holds a culinary degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Studies from The Culinary Institute of America, earned between 2001 and 2002.
