Andrea L. Chin LEED AP

Andrea L. Chin LEED AP is currently working as a Project Director at Leeding Builders Group since 2023. Previously, from 2016 to 2023, they worked at Tishman Construction, an AECOM Company, as a Project Director where they managed building repositioning projects including facade removal and the installation of new curtain walls and storefronts. Andrea L. was also responsible for coordinating logistical challenges and MOPs for project phasing in owner-occupied buildings.

Before that, from 2014 to 2016, Andrea worked at CBRE as a Project Manager, and from 2006 to 2014, they worked at Applied Design Initiative LLC as a Design Project Manager.

Andrea L. Chin LEED AP completed a BA in Interior Design with a focus on Interior Architecture from the Fashion Institute of Technology, which they attended from 2003 to 2007.
