Andrew Malone has worked in the construction and real estate industry for over 12 years. In 2019, they began working as a Senior Project Manager for Leeding Builders Group. Prior to that, they were a Senior Development Project Manager at WeWork from 2018 to 2019, providing physical design and construction related input during lease negotiations and managing a team of 15 internal direct reports. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Contractor Representative and Project Executive for PF Qatar/IMAR JV, overseeing the procurement, delivery, installation, and claims for over 11,000 pieces of furniture and equipment. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Project Manager for Poltrona Frau Group. From 2008 to 2012, they founded and ran a construction and real estate consulting company, Asgard Associates, Inc, which eventually became an architectural product sales organization. During this time, they also served as a consultant to Cassina Contract and acted as an Executive Architect for a $60 million palace renovation in Doha, Qatar. From 2009 to 2010, they were a Senior Project Manager for Conelle Construction Group, providing construction management services for celebrity condominium interior renovations. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Project Manager I for Bovis Lend Lease, LMB, managing a $91 million condominium tower project. In 2004, they worked as an intern for URS Corp., assisting the Chicago Transit Authority in defining and executing a $5.1 billion capital improvement program. Finally, from 2003 to 2004, they were the Co-Chair of NextGeneration of New Urbanists, building their web 2.0 platform.
Andrew Malone obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 2000 and 2004. Andrew also holds an OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training for the Construction Industry certification obtained in September 2018.
