Brian Klodaski

Brian Klodaski has held various roles in the construction and real estate industries since 2006. Brian began their career at Lehman Brothers as a Senior Project Manager in Corporate Real Estate. In 2008, they joined RCDolner LLC as a Project Executive, where they were responsible for overseeing all activities related to commercial construction. Theircurrent projects include the conversion of a 6 story parking garage into a 10 story commercial office building at West 15th Street and renovations again at the David H Koch Theater. Previously completed projects include major renovation of The Educational Alliance, mechanical upgrades at Mutual Redevelopment Houses, luxury condominiums for Durst Fetner and the renovation of David H. In 2016, they joined Leeding Builders Group as a Project Executive and Senior Project Manager.

Brian Klodaski obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College between 1983 and 1987.
