Lindsay Beresford Fcipd

Lindsay Beresford has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the HR Director at Leeds Bradford Airport starting in September 2022. Previously, they held various roles at Royal Mail, including HR Director from March 2019 to September 2022, Head of Employee Experience from January 2018 to March 2019, and Head of HR Programmes from March 2015 to January 2018. Prior to that, Lindsay was involved in a project secondment for the Management Reorganisation Programme at Royal Mail from January 2014 to September 2014, and they also served as the Head of HR - Logistics Operations and Mail Centre Manager at Royal Mail from 2009 to 2014.

Lindsay Beresford FCIPD completed their A Levels at Durham Sixth Form Centre from 1995 to 1997. Lindsay then pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in History at the University of Warwick from 1997 to 2000. Later, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Coventry University from 2012 to 2015.
