Vincent Hodder

Vincent Hodder has extensive work experience in the aviation industry, with a focus on leadership and strategic development. Vincent is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Leeds Bradford Airport since January 2021. Prior to this, Hodder worked at H Squared Consulting as an Experienced Senior Airline Executive from November 2019 to January 2021.

From 2018 to 2019, they served as the CEO of LEVEL, a low-cost, long-haul airline brand of IAG. Vincent'srole involved leveraging the strength and scale of IAG's airline portfolio and delivering low-cost long-haul aviation while targeting a new generation of international travelers.

Before joining LEVEL, Hodder held positions at Flybe, where they were the Chief Strategy Officer from October 2017 to August 2018, and the Chief Revenue Officer from December 2015 to September 2017. In these roles, they were responsible for managing commercial revenue functions and played a key role in the company's turnaround and profitable growth.

Hodder also has experience working as the Managing Director and Principal Consultant at H Squared Consulting from February to December 2015. Vincent served as the Chief Commercial Officer for VivaAerobus, Mexico's premier ultra low-cost carrier, from November 2013 to January 2015, and as the Executive Director and Senior VP Operations for Jetstar Japan from July 2012 to October 2013.

Additionally, Hodder worked at Jetstar Airways in various executive roles, including Executive Director - Jetstar Japan from September 2011 to October 2013, Executive Manager - Strategy from 2010 to September 2011, Executive Manager - Network and Planning from August 2007 to August 2010, and General Manager - Network and Strategy from August 2007 to December 2008.

Earlier in their career, Hodder worked as the Vice President of Strategic Development at TACA International Airlines from November 2002 to July 2007. Vincent started their career as a Consultant at Bain & Company from 1999 to 2002.
