Andrew Conroy

Andrew Conroy serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Leeds Building Society since June 2019, overseeing finance, treasury, Data and Analytics, and Third-Party Management functions, while managing prudential and financial risks. Prior to this role, Andrew was the Interim Chief Financial Officer at Masthaven Bank from December 2017 to June 2019, where responsibilities included finance and treasury functions and financial risk management. Andrew also held roles at Coventry Building Society from September 2014 to December 2017, including Head of Finance and Head of Middle Office, leading financial planning and operational enhancements. Earlier experience includes a decade at West Bromwich Building Society in various finance leadership roles and a foundational position at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as an Audit Manager. Andrew holds a degree in MORSE from the University of Warwick.
