Heather Smith

Heather Smith is an experienced consultant pharmacist specializing in older people, currently serving at Leeds Health and Care Partnership since December 2020. Prior to this role, Heather worked at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust from January 2013 to December 2020, contributing to the interfaces of care as a consultant pharmacist. Additional experience includes positions as lead pharmacist for clinical pharmacy services at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and clinical pharmacy services manager at Southport & Ormskirk NHS Trust. Heather's career began at Pinderfields Hospitals NHS Trust in 1992 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Master of Science in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Bradford.
