Lilly Butt

Lilly Butt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement and service management. Currently serving as the Head of Wellbeing and Partnerships at Leeds University Union, Lilly also holds the position of Chair of the Independent Advisory Group for West Yorkshire Police, where engagement with diverse communities is a priority. Previously, Lilly worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Sharing Voices (Bradford), overseeing service delivery, project management, and budget management. Earlier experience includes a decade-long tenure as a Police Constable with West Yorkshire Police, specializing in counter-terrorism and community engagement, and actively participating in public safety operations.
