Pieter Overdevest

Pieter Overdevest is an experienced data specialist with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various leadership and educational roles. Currently serving as a Data Specialist at Leeuwendaal and the Eindhoven AI Systems Institute (EAISI), Pieter is focused on developing innovative workflows and mentoring professionals in data science. Significant engagement includes roles with HR Groep and Oletti, as well as founding Innovate with Data to enhance product innovation through data application. Prior experience includes positions at Bunge Loders Croklaan, Unilever, and the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science, where Pieter led initiatives in clinical operations, data analysis, and product development. Educational credentials include a Professional Doctorate in Engineering in Data Science and a PhD in Bioseparation Technology from Wageningen University & Research.
