Sebastian Vandevondele

Sebastian VandeVondele is a seasoned professional in organizational psychology and assessment, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Leeuwendaal since April 2023, focusing on assessments, coaching, and account management. Prior to this role, Sebastian worked at GITP as an Organizational Psychology Advisor and Assessment Psychologist, where responsibilities included assessments, team development, and coaching, alongside commercial duties. Sebastian's earlier experience includes serving as a consultant at Meijer Consulting Group, managing intervision and 360-degree feedback processes, and as a project member at Stichting School & Veiligheid, engaging in various social safety projects in schools.
